1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vibe Video AI web application, services, and API integrations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2Description of Service

Vibe Video AI is an artificial intelligence-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to generate video content from text prompts and automatically publish or draft those videos to connected third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

3User Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• By connecting your third-party social media accounts via OAuth, you grant us permission to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of publishing the content you generate or approve. You are responsible for managing these connections and can revoke access at any time.

4User Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the text prompts, scripts, images, or audio you provide ("Input") and the resulting videos generated by the AI ("Output"). You agree NOT to use Vibe Video AI to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening.
• Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or extreme violence.
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
• Violates the community guidelines, terms, or policies of any connected third-party platform.

We reserve the right to review, flag, or delete generated content and suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these rules.

5Third-Party Platform Rules and Integrations

Vibe Video AI acts merely as a conduit to post your generated content to third-party platforms. By utilizing our automated publishing features, you agree to comply strictly with the terms of those platforms:

• YouTube: By using the YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• TikTok: By using the TikTok integration, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service.
• Instagram/Meta: By using the Instagram integration, you agree to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Use.

6AI Generation Disclaimer

Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology. Vibe Video AI does not guarantee that the generated videos will be entirely accurate, free of errors, or perfectly aligned with your prompts ("hallucinations"). The Service is provided for creative and entertainment purposes, and you are expected to review all AI-generated content before publishing it.

7Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Billing: Certain features of Vibe Video AI may require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds: Due to the high computing costs associated with AI video generation, all payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8Intellectual Property

Our Rights: Vibe Video AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its underlying code, algorithms, UI/UX, and branding.

Your Rights: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of your Input and are granted full commercial and non-commercial rights to use, distribute, and monetize the Output (the generated videos), provided such Output does not violate third-party rights.

9Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or quality of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Video AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or social media accounts, arising from your use of the Service.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Turkey.
