• Social Media OAuth Data: If you choose to connect third-party social media platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram), we request explicit read/write access to publish videos on your behalf. We collect and securely store the necessary authentication tokens (Access and Refresh tokens). We do not collect, see, or store your social media passwords.
• User Input and AI Data: The text prompts, scripts, media assets, and preferences you provide to our AI models to generate videos.
• Generated Content: The final video files created by our platform based on your inputs.
• Usage Data: Standard analytics data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and how you interact with our application.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the core features of the Vibe Video AI platform.
• To authenticate your connected social media accounts and seamlessly publish or draft generated videos to platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• To process your text prompts through our AI pipeline to generate high-quality video content.
• To communicate with you regarding account updates, customer support, and technical notices.
• To ensure the security of our platform and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized access.

4Data Storage and Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All third-party authentication tokens (OAuth) are securely encrypted at rest in our database using AES-256-GCM encryption. We only decrypt and use these tokens temporarily during the execution of actions explicitly authorized by you (e.g., uploading a scheduled video to your Instagram or YouTube account).

5Third-Party API Services

Vibe Video AI heavily relies on third-party APIs to automate your workflow. By using our service and connecting your social media accounts, you also agree to the privacy policies and terms of those respective platforms:

• Google & YouTube: Our application utilizes YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you are agreeing to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

  Google / YouTube Data Sharing Statement: Vibe Video AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your YouTube user data or authentication tokens to any third-party marketing or advertising networks.

• TikTok: We use the TikTok Content Posting API (Direct Post/Draft). We only access the scopes you explicitly approve (such as user.info.basic and video.upload). You can manage your app connections directly within your TikTok account settings.
• Meta & Instagram: We use the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Login to publish content to your Instagram account. By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to the Meta Privacy Policy and Instagram Terms of Use. We only request permissions necessary for content publishing (such as instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish).

6Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• OAuth Tokens: If you disconnect a social media account from your Vibe Video AI settings, the associated Access and Refresh tokens are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your entire account at any time. Upon deletion, all your personal data, generated videos, prompts, and encrypted tokens will be permanently erased from our active databases.
• YouTube User Data Deletion: Users can revoke Vibe Video AI’s access to their YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Additionally, users can request the deletion of their stored YouTube data and platform data from our servers by contacting us at vibevideoai@gmail.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete all associated tokens and user-specific data within 48 hours.

7Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use standard cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze platform traffic. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies; however, some core features of our platform (like persistent user sessions) may not function properly without them.
